Please fill out this form and mail with the following:

Your registration fee (please, only one check for your troop/group)
A troop roster which must include name, address and emergency numbers for all girls and adults attending,
A copy of current (within 2 mo of event) Health Form for each girl and adult attending.

Registration must be received by Friday, April 4, 2008.
An email acknowledgment of registration will be sent within one week of receipt.
You will receive a packet with a map and all necessary information approximately 10 days prior to the event.
A troop's registration fee will be refunded only if cancellation is received by April 12, 2008.
Note: you may fill out the form either before or after printing.
